Syncro - Synergy Croatia is a non-governmental organization that is dedicated to education, personal development, skills enhancement, and youth support. Since its establishment in 2010, Syncro has been committed to improving the quality of life and the development of human resources through transformative educational experiences. As part of the International Synergy Group, Syncro shares a vision of creating a world that works for everyone.

Syncro offers a range of programs and services aimed at empowering young people. These include personal development trainings, youth exchanges, experiential learning in the outdoors, technical skill training, coaching, group moderation, and communication skills workshops. Through these initiatives, Syncro helps individuals overcome physical and mental challenges, build self-esteem, and discover their full potential.

Syncro has successfully organized and implemented numerous training courses, youth exchanges, and long-term and short-term ESC projects. They have also partnered in over 65 projects, giving opportunities to more than 300 young people to participate in various activities. Additionally, Syncro actively organizes local events in Zagreb, including a youth club, project writing and management sessions, and an amateur art festival.
