systemPipe is a versatile toolkit designed for the creation and execution of reproducible data analysis workflows within the R/Bioconductor environment. It encompasses three primary modules: systemPipeR (SPR), systemPipeShiny (SPS), and systemPipeWorkflow (SPW).
