Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA) is a non-profit organization committed to eliminating stigma and supporting the recovery and wellness of individuals with mental illness. Serving San Luis Obispo and North Santa Barbara Counties, TMHA offers a range of programs and services to assist individuals and their families on their journey to recovery. Through housing, community, work, and family support services, TMHA helps individuals build stable and fulfilling lives.

With over 40 programs on the Central Coast, TMHA provides comprehensive support tailored to individual needs. Their housing services assist over 300 individuals each year, ensuring they have a safe and stable place to call home. TMHA also offers crisis resources, wellness centers, and support groups to aid individuals in times of need.
