Our group fitness classes combine the intensity of Barry's BootCamp with the functional elements of F45, all while enjoying the natural beauty of the sun and sand. With no doors or ceilings, our classes take place in the great outdoors, allowing you to soak up the Pacific Ocean views and feel the fresh ocean breezes.

We believe in the power of the group and the use of wearable technology for accountability and tracking. Our training sessions are designed to maximize movement and incorporate dynamic yoga warmups/cool downs, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and specially designed sandbags. We prioritize the beach as our top location for workouts due to the added wellness benefits of outdoor exercising.
