## Description

Tähtihetki Terapiapalvelut is a therapy and mental wellbeing provider based in Tampere, Finland, offering support to individuals, couples and families. Led by therapist Sanna, the practice provides both short- and longer-term therapy, with each process shaped around clients’ needs and preferences. Sessions are available at the practice’s Hämeenpuisto office and through the Mielipalvelut unit in Tampella.

Its approach draws on solution-focused and cognitive therapy, including acceptance and commitment therapy, alongside psychophysical methods, mindfulness exercises, EFT tapping and elements of emotion-focused couples therapy. Services address concerns such as life crises, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, work burnout and relationship difficulties. Couples can seek help with communication, changing life circumstances, ongoing challenges or relationship crises. The practice also offers wellbeing services, including “Parisuhteen Tähtihetki,” a guided experience for couples, and “Viisaiden naisten ilta,” a themed group evening. Sanna’s training includes solution-focused psychotherapy, cognitive brief therapy and foundational studies in psychophysical psychotherapy, supported by further professional development. Appointments can be booked online, and clients may choose a single session or a series of visits.
