Led by trainer Andrea Eder-Sonaike, the studio welcomes beginners, including those with no previous experience, as well as more advanced students. Its training introduces students to Tai Chi and Chi Kung through guided classes and practice, with opportunities to attend multiple sessions each week under a membership agreement. The studio also offers self-defense training and business Tai Chi, and provides training DVDs for continued learning. A free trial lesson is available by prior email registration, and beginner courses are offered for a three-month fee, with discounts for unemployed people, pensioners, and students. The studio presents Tai Chi as a practice that can support relaxation, balance, physical mobility, and mental wellbeing, while also explaining its foundations in Yin and Yang. Visitors can explore information about the trainers, the style, and the studio’s background, and contact the school to ask questions or arrange a visit. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id6UVHhEJK/w/159/h/225/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793221720544) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Bondi Blue | #0092af | accent | | Blue Stone | #00596a | dark | | Porsche | #e6b46f | light | ## Fonts - Verdana — asset _(custom)_ - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
