## Description

TaiChi Arts is an educational resource created by David Deich, drawing on more than 45 years of study in the healing and martial arts of China, India, Japan, Korea, and the United States. The site shares his evolving approach to the Internal Arts through written guidance, study materials, and resources on meditation, qigong, and healing. Its content is grounded in common internal principles and is intended to support both self-guided learning and deeper practice.

David offers three books, available on Amazon. Just Listen: The Magic of the Internal Arts introduces core internal principles and ways to train them. The Eight Pieces of Brocade explores the Ba Duan Jin qigong routine, including discussion of the body’s channel and vessel system and acupuncture points. Wild Goose Qigong – An Internal Art introduces the extensive Dayan system and provides detailed explanations of eleven forms and meditations, alongside translations from Chinese source texts.

Visitors can also explore study guides, practice material, recommended reading, and free downloads.
