Its approach brings together coaching, budo and training, helping people gain insight not only by understanding their experiences but by learning through action. Rather than following a fixed method or standard coaching formula, Taiken offers a learning journey shaped by movement, awareness and experience. Taiken provides individual life coaching for people navigating personal questions, change or a search for direction. Sessions aim to support clarity, calm and a more purposeful life, with a playful and practical approach. Through budo and movement, participants develop attention, mental resilience and inner steadiness by engaging the body. Group training and camps offer opportunities to learn through shared experience, connection and time in natural surroundings, balanced with moments of individual reflection. Taiken was founded by Dave, whose background includes Ninjutsu, boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
