## Description

Tailored Financial is a financial services practice based in New Ulm, Minnesota, serving clients through investment, insurance, and financial planning services. Led by Nicholas A. Thom, CFP®, the practice emphasizes understanding each person’s goals, objectives, and circumstances before developing a tailored approach. Its stated aim is to help clients work toward their financial goals with a plan that can adapt as their needs change.

Investment services address whether a portfolio is positioned to support a client and their family’s goals, with costs, risk, and time horizon identified as key considerations. Financial planning begins by assessing a person’s current situation, identifying financial goals, and creating a plan to pursue them. Insurance guidance focuses on preparing for unexpected events, including a death in the family or an extended stay in a long-term care facility.

The website also provides account access, weekly market commentary, recommended reading, blogs, and market signals. Securities and advisory services are offered through LPL Financial, a registered investment advisor and member of FINRA and SIPC.
