## Description

Tailoredomics provides tailored bioinformatics services for researchers who need to turn sequencing and omics data into meaningful, publication-ready results. The service supports academic labs, PhD students, postdoctoral researchers and research groups, with a particular focus on microbial genomics, metagenomics and microbiome analysis. Work is also available in transcriptomics and proteomics, including projects involving prokaryotic and eukaryotic research.

Services include microbial genome assembly, quality assessment, annotation, comparative genomics and phylogenomics; metagenomic taxonomic profiling, assembly, binning, MAG recovery and functional analysis; and microbiome workflows covering diversity, differential abundance, statistics and metadata integration. Transcriptomics support includes RNA-seq processing, differential expression and functional interpretation. Proteomics services include data analysis, biological interpretation and assistance preparing PRIDE dataset submissions.

Tailoredomics works with data generated by any sequencing provider; sequencing itself is arranged separately. Each project is scoped around the research question, dataset and experimental design rather than a fixed package. Clients receive documented methods and structured outputs such as figures, tables and processed files, with direct scientific communication throughout the analysis.
