## Description

Theoretical and Applied Jurisprudence is a peer-reviewed online academic journal devoted to fundamental and practical questions in jurisprudence. Established in 2019, it is published four times a year by the North-West Institute of Management, a branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). The journal publishes original research, reviews, and interdisciplinary studies on legal theory, the state, and other fields of law. Its intended readership includes legal scholars, researchers, experts, practitioners, and others interested in jurisprudence and related disciplines.

The publication is included in Russia’s Higher Attestation Commission list in three legal specialties and in the White List of the Expert Group for the Scientific Periodicals of the Russian Federation. Its articles have been indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index since 2019. Authors can submit work through the journal’s online platform, where they can also consult submission rules, peer-review and publication-ethics policies, current and past issues, and advance publications.
