## Description

Talking Distance is a global mental health platform founded by therapist Anushree Dirangane, formerly known as My Mental Health School. Drawing on its founder’s nine years of international experience, the organisation aims to make therapy and mental health resources accessible, culturally relevant, and supportive of personal growth. Its online services are designed for people across time zones, including global citizens navigating life away from home and clients experiencing multicultural concerns.

Talking Distance offers personal therapy to help clients explore relationships with themselves, their past, work, and others; couple therapy for relationship concerns; and group therapy, events, and self-therapy courses focused on reflection and practical strategies. Clients can begin with a free consultation and connect with therapists described as experienced and culturally aware. The platform also provides free, anonymous self-assessments, educational resources, courses, and blog articles. Topics addressed include anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, family pressure, neurodivergence, identity, and multicultural relationships. Talking Distance presents its care as supportive mental health support, not an emergency service.
