## Description

Talking Shorts is a leading online film magazine dedicated to celebrating the art form of short films. Founded in 2020 by Anne Gaschütz, Daniel Hadenius-Ebner, Emilia Mazik, Niels Putman, and Enrico Vannucci, Talking Shorts aims to broaden the discourse around short films that are often overlooked in the cinematic world. Short films are pivotal in driving cinematic innovation, offering filmmakers a platform to instinctively react to the world and showcase diverse artistic expressions. The magazine produces film criticism to shed light on hidden gems and forgotten works, covering various filmmaking categories like experimental, animation, narrative, documentary, and hybrid. Additionally, as the official outlet of The European Network for Film Discourse (The END) since 2023, Talking Shorts collaborates with six unique European film festivals and is supported by the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme of the European Union. Dive into the world of short films with Talking Shorts and discover the magic of this vibrant art form.
