## Description

A&I Kantoorinrichting presents a growing private collection of Tan-Sad furniture and related products, reflecting an important chapter in the history of Ahrend seating. Tan-Sad chairs are described as predecessors to Ahrend chairs. Ahrend began importing them from the United Kingdom, and the collection brings together a diverse range of items associated with NV Weduwe J. Ahrend & Zoon.

Chairs form a central part of the collection, but they are not the only pieces represented. Other items include a duplicator, a measuring tape and a typewriter table, offering a broader view of the products connected with the company’s history. The collection also highlights William Ferris, identified as the designer behind the Do-More Chair, described on the site as a revolutionary office chair.

Based in Amsterdam, A&I Kantoorinrichting shares the collection through its website and invites visitors to explore its holdings or get in touch. The collection continues to grow, preserving and showcasing varied Tan-Sad and Ahrend-related pieces.
