Its screens are located across cities including Sarajevo, East Sarajevo, Zenica, Tuzla, Kiseljak, Gračanica and Mostar, with placements in shopping centres, retail venues and selected outdoor sites.

TapGest supports advertising content in JPG, PNG and MP4 formats, with standard screen resolutions of 1080 × 1920 and 1920 × 1080 pixels. The listed limits are 10 MB for images and 500 MB for video, and each display slot lasts 12 seconds.
