## Description

Pedestal Health provides regulatory-grade real-world evidence for life sciences companies and health systems, helping teams make informed decisions throughout clinical development, regulatory strategy, market access, and care delivery. Its evidence-generation model combines embedded health system partnerships with longitudinal data drawn from real clinical practice, giving clients access to patient populations and insights into how care unfolds over time.

The company’s work is currently focused on hepatology, dermatology, and gastroenterology, with plans to expand into additional disease areas. Pedestal Health supports observational research at scale and can activate existing patient and investigator relationships for prospective studies, interventional research, and registries. Its services include adaptive study and protocol design, evidence planning, and research execution intended to withstand regulatory and access review.

Pedestal Health also works with Headwater Science, drawing on its methods, technology, and causal inference expertise. Together, they support comparative effectiveness studies, external control work, methodological consultation for submission packages, and approaches to protecting against bias.
