## Description

Tarpon Time is a fishing charter business based in Marathon, Florida, serving anglers in the Florida Keys. Its charters are led by Captains Jeff Malone and James Meriweather and are designed for a range of experience levels, from beginners and families to seasoned anglers. Guests can pursue the Keys’ “Big Three”—tarpon, bonefish, and permit—using fly-fishing gear or spinning tackle. The company also offers general action fishing, an accessible option for children, novice anglers, and anyone looking to enjoy a day on the water; some trips may include keeping fish for dinner. The surrounding Keys provide varied fishing opportunities, with ecosystems shaped by the nearby Everglades National Park, Gulf Stream, and coral reef. Tarpon Time highlights the challenge of a Grand Slam: catching tarpon, bonefish, and permit in one day. The business provides booking and inquiry options by phone and through its website. Charters cancelled within 72 hours are subject to the full charter price; weather cancellations are determined by the captain and are not charged a cancellation fee.
