Dela Kwami Acolatse, our founder, is a culinary entrepreneur, self-taught visual artist, and Computer Science graduate. His style of cooking is modern West African dining, reimagined. Trained by a diverse group of chefs, both local and international, Dela combines his artistic background with his passion for food, creating unique interpretations of dishes. He sees his paints as ingredients, his palette and brushes as kitchen tools, and his canvas as plates. Over the years, TASTEtimonials has partnered with renowned brands in the food industry, including Gino, Yaka Foods, Goslo, Ghana Food Movement, and FoodofGods.
