Our history at Tasty Pizza is rooted in community involvement and a love for our neighborhood. After just three months in business, founder Louie Sigorney partnered with Duane Estrem, affectionately known as Fat Man.

Together, they refined the pizza recipe to create our secret family recipe, which has remained unchanged to this day. As the business grew, Duane enlisted the help of his friend John Huff, and together, they became deeply engaged in supporting the northeast Minneapolis neighborhood, from sponsoring local athletic teams to assisting with high school fundraisers. Today, I am proud to carry on my dad's legacy and the tradition of Tasty Pizza.

In 2005, my wife Tawnya and I introduced Hangar 45 to the restaurant, a space inspired by our shared passion for World War II aviation. We have created a welcoming environment where you can gather with your loved ones, enjoy delicious food, and feel the vibrant spirit of the Minneapolis community.
