## Description

Taking Autism To The Sky, Inc. (TATTS) is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization that uses drones to help autistic individuals develop social and employment skills. Founded in 2013, the organization brings together participants, families, volunteers, and remote supporters to create opportunities for learning and connection. Its programs include seasonal sessions, with activities designed around drone use and practical skill development. TATTS also shares projects such as the Augmented Reality Sandbox and TATTS-in-A-Box (TAB), extending its work beyond its core sessions. The organization’s website features information about past programs, media coverage, awards, and ways to get involved. TATTS offers the Alex Paschke Memorial Scholarship, established in memory of a participant who passed away in 2023. The scholarship helps cover registration fees for participants facing financial challenges, supporting access to the program. TATTS relies on community involvement and donations of time, talent, and money to sustain its work. Its mission is to use engaging drone-based activities to support autistic individuals and build skills that can benefit them socially and in future employment.
