## Description

Tawny Sterios offers birth support, mindful movement, and community experiences for women and families navigating birth, motherhood, and other life transitions. Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a birth doula, yoga teacher, movement guide, and women’s circle facilitator, Tawny creates grounded spaces that encourage connection with the body and its wisdom.

Services include labor doula support throughout pregnancy and birth, with presence, advocacy, comfort measures, and breathwork, as well as postpartum care that may include emotional support, newborn-care guidance, and nourishing practices. Tawny also teaches yoga and Qoya, an embodied movement practice, through classes, workshops, private sessions, and teacher training.

Additional offerings include women’s circles, ritual and ceremony, retreats, and workshops incorporating movement, nature, creativity, and embodiment. These gatherings can support reflection around motherhood, grief, joy, and personal change. Tawny’s approach centers on presence, intuition, and helping people feel supported and grounded. Her website also features information about offerings, testimonials, a blog, and a shop, along with a newsletter signup that includes a complimentary self-marma massage video and Medicine Wheel Mandala.
