## Description

Tazı is a Turkish micromobility company offering app-based rentals of electric scooters and e-bikes. Its service is designed for convenient urban trips: users can register with a phone number, find a vehicle in the app, reserve or rent it, and leave it in an approved parking area. The company reports serving more than 30 cities and over five million users. Tazı promotes electric travel as a practical alternative to car journeys and a way to reduce transport-related emissions.

The app provides usage options including pay-as-you-go rides and prepaid packages, alongside a secure payment system. Riders can access a guide, customer support, live assistance, and urgent fault-reporting tools through the service. The site lists scooter specifications of up to 25 km/h, a maximum range of 55 km, and a maximum load of 120 kg, with more than two hours of use on a full charge. Tazı also sets rules for safe riding, permitted operating areas, and proper parking, with support procedures for payment or vehicle issues.
