Northwest Education Services (North Ed) is an intermediate school district (ISD) that serves as a government agency to assist local school districts in providing education programs and services in five counties: Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau. With a geographical area of approximately 2,166 square miles, North Ed collaborates with 16 public school districts, six public school academies, and twelve private schools in the region. Their primary focus is to enhance student learning, address children's special needs, and support teacher development.

North Ed provides a wide range of services, including adult education, early childhood education, general education, special education, and career tech programs.
