## Description

Tarnobrzeski Okręgowy Związek Żeglarski (TOZŻ) is a regional sailing association established in 1975 to unite sailing clubs and organizations and support the development of sailing around the Vistula, San and Wisłoka rivers. It currently brings together six clubs from several local counties and one club from the Mazowieckie region, working in cooperation with the Polish Yachting Association. Its activities span sailing education, sport and community life, continuing a long tradition of courses, regattas, training camps and sailing events.

TOZŻ offers sailing courses at various levels, including instructor qualifications, motorboat helmsman training and SRC radio-operator courses. Training can be arranged in regular, weekend or individual formats. The association also organizes corporate events, company regattas, group sailing instruction, and inland and sea voyages in Croatia, Greece and the Masurian Lakes. Its central base is Lake Tarnobrzeg, where a modern marina provides sailing facilities and supports regional and national regattas. Members also sail on other Polish waters, including Lake Solina, Zalew Maziarnia and Lake Chańcza.
