## Description

TC Evaluator is an AI-powered transfer credit evaluation platform built for higher education institutions. Designed for enrollment teams, admissions professionals, registrars, and transfer credit evaluators, it helps schools respond to prospective students more quickly and reduce manual evaluation backlogs. The platform processes transcripts in formats including PDFs, scanned documents, and professional learning credentials, using OCR to extract course information and AI to compare coursework with institution-specific articulation agreements, catalogs, and program requirements. Staff can review, approve, flag, or override recommendations, with decisions recorded in an auditable workflow.

TC Evaluator offers two products: TCE Prospect supports self-service credit previews, lead capture, and admissions hand-offs, while TCE Analyst helps teams automate transcript review, equivalency mapping, and final evaluation workflows. The company also provides implementation support and integration options for SIS, CRM, admissions, and workflow systems, including API connections, webhooks, middleware, and secure file exchange. Live integrations include Anthology and Salesforce, with additional connections supported where approved access is available. The platform is designed for FERPA-compliant use and encrypted data handling.
