## Description

Tri-County Human Services, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization serving people in Polk, Hardee, and Highlands Counties in Central Florida. Its mission is to provide help and hope to individuals affected by behavioral health concerns, substance use, and life challenges. The organization offers outpatient substance use and mental health services, residential treatment for detoxification, addiction, and co-occurring disorders, and transitional treatment and living options for men and women. Its Children’s Services include the Behavioral Health Network, which serves children and young adults ages 5 through 18. Tri-County also operates Florida driver services and DUI programs in partnership with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. The organization is CARF accredited, a United Way of Central Florida member agency, and participates in local community foundations. It provides confidential support and states that services are available regardless of ability to pay, with discounts for essential services based on family size and income. Through treatment, community programs, and fundraising efforts, Tri-County works to support recovery and improve access to care.
