## Description

Founded in 1975, Taekwondo Club Ingelheim (TCI) is a German sports club dedicated to the full range of Taekwondo, the Korean martial art and Olympic sport. Based in Ingelheim, with a second training location in Engelstadt, the club welcomes people of all ages and experience levels. Its training supports fitness, wellbeing and self-defence, while offering a shared sporting activity in a friendly, family-oriented community.

TCI serves both recreational participants and athletes seeking competitive development. As a certified high-performance club, it provides structured coaching for ambitious competitors and has built a strong record in national and international events, including World and European Championship medals. The club describes itself as one of Germany’s most successful Taekwondo clubs and highlights its award-winning youth development. Training is led by licensed coaches, with opportunities to learn from accomplished athletes and trainers. TCI also conducts examinations officially recognised by the German Taekwondo Union and World Taekwondo. Prospective members can get to know the club and the sport through an informal trial training session.
