## Description

TCX Fund is a brand that aims to contribute to more sustainable development in emerging and frontier markets by hedging currency risk. Founded in 2007, TCX offers solutions to manage currency risk in developing markets by providing financial instruments such as swaps and forward contracts. These instruments enable TCX's investors and clients to provide financing in local currencies while shifting the currency risk to TCX. This ensures that borrowers are protected from currency volatility. The fund is backed by a group of development finance institutions, specialized microfinance investment vehicles, and donors. TCX's primary goal is to develop local capital markets while safeguarding the investments of its shareholders and their clients. With a focus on impact, TCX aims to create positive change by supporting projects and initiatives in various countries. They also provide resources such as knowledge center articles, news, events, reports, and webinars to keep their investors and clients informed.
