Teach For Lebanon (TFL) is a Lebanese NGO that aims to provide quality education to all children in Lebanon, regardless of their socioeconomic background. Their model focuses on youth capacity building and systemic support to ensure a transformative learning experience for students. TFL recruits and trains promising graduates, known as TFL Fellows, who are then placed in underprivileged schools, serving both Lebanese and refugee children. These Fellows receive continuous training and support to address educational disadvantages and empower their students to achieve academic success.

As they progress, the Fellows also become leaders and advocates for a better Lebanon. TFL is part of the global network Teach For All, which operates in 61 countries. With strategic partnerships and programs, Teach For Lebanon strives to create lasting change in the education sector.
