## Description

Team DB is a martial arts and fitness centre based at Castricummer Werf 126 in Castricum, serving people from nearby communities including Uitgeest, Heiloo, Limmen, Heemskerk, Beverwijk and Akersloot. Its dojo offers a welcoming yet professional environment for beginners and experienced participants, with classes for children aged 7–11, teenagers aged 12–16 and adults aged 17 and older. Training options include kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, grappling, sparring and beginner-friendly light sparring, alongside bag training, strength training and boxing bootcamp. Team DB also offers personal training, business training and boxing programmes for people with Parkinson’s. Classes run Monday through Saturday, with different formats and age groups scheduled throughout the week. Prospective members can try a class for free, with no registration fee or obligation; gloves can be borrowed for the trial. Participants can then choose whether to enrol. The centre is recognised by the Netherlands Combat Sports Authority and provides online access to its timetable, trial-class requests and registration.
