## Description

Team Agua is a martial arts gym offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), grappling and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in the Netherlands. With locations in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague, the club welcomes enthusiasts of all experience levels and provides an inclusive setting for members to develop and refine their skills.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is at the heart of Team Agua’s offering. The discipline originated in Brazil in the early 20th century, drawing on Japanese judo and developing a focus on ground fighting and submission techniques. Alongside BJJ, members can train in grappling and MMA. The website also lists a Team Agua Kids program, including a location in The Hague.

Prospective members are welcome to visit for a free trial lesson, with no appointment required. Team Agua’s The Hague location is at Neherkade 2392, 2521 RR The Hague. The club also provides contact by phone and email for inquiries. Whether new to combat sports or looking to strengthen existing abilities, visitors can explore training at one of the three locations.
