## Description

Team Duramuk is a martial arts team and gym in Campolide, Lisbon, dedicated to teaching and practicing Muay Thai and kickboxing. Founded in 2008 by Master Nuno “Duramuk” Duran, it welcomes children and adults, beginners and experienced athletes, and people training for competition or general fitness. Classes teach these disciplines while helping participants develop physical conditioning through practice that demands both physical and mental discipline.

Training takes place at Team Duramuk Arena, located at CRP Campolide. The programme includes regular Muay Thai and kickboxing classes, sessions for children aged four to ten, sparring, and private lessons by appointment. The gym also offers a free introductory class, with basic equipment available to borrow for a first session. Team Duramuk describes its culture as united, supportive, and good-humored, encouraging members to share advice and help one another pursue their goals. Its sporting achievements include a kickboxing world championship title and a bronze medal at the WAKO European Championship.
