Alexis Lagan, also known as Lexi, is a two-time American Olympian and elite sport shooter who competes in women’s air and pistol events. From Boulder City, Nevada, she has progressed from competing as a teenager to representing Team USA at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games and at World Championships. She qualified for the Olympics by winning the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials and earned a top-seven team finish in women’s competition at the 2022 World Championships. As the first Olympian from Boulder City, Lagan brings experience shaped by international competition and the demands of performing under pressure. Beyond her athletic career, she offers coaching and mentorship for aspiring and competitive shooters, combining technical precision with guidance on mindset, preparation, confidence, and long-term development. Lagan also provides speaking engagements and athlete appearances for student-athletes, corporate teams, youth organizations, and shooting communities. Drawing on her Olympic journey, she shares practical lessons in resilience, goal setting, and preparation.
