## Description

TEAM LAMM is a martial arts training community serving families and individuals in Spraitbach, Mutlangen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and the surrounding region. Since 2009, the organization has offered professional karate and Krav Maga instruction for different ages and experience levels. Its programs include karate for young children and teenagers, Krav Maga for adults, and Krav Maga Junior for young people. Training is designed to develop self-defence skills, fitness, coordination and confidence, while emphasizing respect, politeness and discipline.

With more than 15 years of experience, over 250 members and 17 classes each week, TEAM LAMM aims to provide a welcoming environment for beginners and experienced participants alike. The organization operates at three local training venues: inmove in Spraitbach, Fitnessclub relex in Schwäbisch Gmünd, and Tanzsportzentrum Disam in Mutlangen. Prospective members can arrange a trial session to explore the classes and meet the community. TEAM LAMM presents its training as an opportunity for personal growth as well as physical practice, with programs tailored to children, teenagers and adults.
