## Description

Teddy’s Jiu Jitsu Academy is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Alpharetta, Georgia, serving students and families from Roswell, Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, and Norcross. The academy offers programs for children ages six and up, as well as adults, and welcomes beginners with no previous martial arts experience. Its classes combine coached practice and partner activities to help students understand techniques, improve steadily, and ask questions as they learn.

For children, training supports coordination, confidence, self-defense skills, respect, teamwork, listening, and problem-solving. Adult classes teach grappling and practical self-defense while challenging students physically and mentally. Across its programs, the academy emphasizes fitness, focus, resilience, and a supportive, respectful community where students can progress alongside training partners.

Prospective students begin by requesting a phone consultation to discuss their goals, schedule, and questions and determine whether the program is a good fit. Trial classes are arranged after the consultation, giving participants an opportunity to experience the instruction and meet the community. The academy is located on Holcomb Bridge Road in Alpharetta.
