# Ted Lindsay - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `tedlindsay.org` ## Description The Ted Lindsay Foundation is a Michigan nonprofit established in 2001 by hockey legend Ted Lindsay, his wife Joanne, and their friend John Czarnecki. Inspired by a personal connection to autism, the foundation works to improve the quality of life of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Its mission centers on support, advocacy, education, inclusion, and community, with a vision of expanding access to autism-focused resources and opportunities across Michigan. The foundation supports research, educational services, and innovative programs that benefit children on the autism spectrum. It also helps families connect through community events, which create opportunities to celebrate, share experiences, and build supportive relationships. Public awareness is another focus: the foundation encourages people to learn about autism and the importance of funding research and effective programs. Individuals can support its work by donating, taking part in events, advocating, sharing information, or joining its community. Through partnerships with local organizations, the Ted Lindsay Foundation aims to advance meaningful support and foster a more inclusive world. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/tedlindsayfoundation) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/TedLindsay07) - [facebook](https://facebook.com/tedlindsayfoundation) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idBhVq4MQL/w/1427/h/1428/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791258155388) - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idBhVq4MQL/w/185/h/186/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791258154995) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Persian Red | #d1323a | accent | | Antique Bronze | #733108 | dark | | Sunglow | #feba33 | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
