## Description

Teek the Day is a bed and breakfast offering short stays for people living with chronic Lyme disease and their caregivers. Founded by Regina Soetens, the concept grew from her experience supporting a partner with chronic Lyme, together with her work as a therapist and in constellation work. Guests stay in one of three B&B rooms in a welcoming setting surrounded by scenic countryside, with meals included and carefully tailored to individual needs.

The stay combines rest with practical support and activities. Teek the Day’s Lymestyle programme offers tools and guidance for managing life with chronic Lyme, both during the visit and at home. Guests can also learn about nutrition and the garden, and take part in options such as a silence breakfast, lectures, individual conversations, wellness, outdoor cooking, walking, cycling, sports and creative activities. The team includes people with Lyme-related knowledge, including a nurse, coaches and an individual constellation facilitator. Nursing or personal-care support may be requested in advance, helping caregivers take a break.
