## Description

Keskisarjan Ihmishistoria Oy is the history-focused business of Finnish historian, writer, entrepreneur and Member of Parliament Teemu Keskisarja. Its work brings the lives and experiences of people from the past to a wide range of audiences, through books, commissioned writing, lectures and guided history trips. Keskisarja’s books explore subjects including Finnish history, the 1918 conflict, the Winter War, historical figures such as Mannerheim and Aleksis Kivi, industrial families, and criminal cases. His works are published mainly by Siltala and WSOY, and he also creates commissioned history books, offering research and writing with publication through Siltala. As a speaker, he gives history talks at libraries, schools, museums, churches, clubs, family and local heritage events, and company gatherings; public appearances are listed in his events calendar. The business also offers expert-guided historical journeys, particularly in Vyborg and the region known as Old Finland. For these trips, Keskisarja works with historian Eeva Tammi, visiting sites such as battlefields, historic graves and lost estates.
