## Description

Teero is a U.S. dental workforce and revenue-cycle platform serving dental practices, dental support organizations, and hygienists nationwide. It connects practices with personally vetted dental hygienists for temporary shifts, with hygienists employed by Teero as W-2 workers. Offices can request coverage when needed, with no staffing commitment, and hire a hygienist permanently at no charge. The platform operates in all 50 states.

Teero also helps practices manage insurance-related administrative work. Its Insurance Posting & Aging service retrieves and posts insurance payments, follows up on aging claims, and works to resolve denials, rejected claims, secondary claims, and appeals. An optional insurance verification service checks patient coverage and records relevant details in the practice management system. Additional offerings include patient billing, automated payment reminders, and a virtual receptionist that handles calls, texts, and emails around the clock.

For hygienists, Teero provides a free app to find local shifts, choose schedules, and access assignment details.
