## Description

Tela Holcomb is a stock and options trading educator who aims to make the market understandable through plain-English instruction rather than hype or complicated jargon. Drawing on her experience as a trader, Tela began learning about stocks in 2009 and developed an approach she says helped her pay off debt and pursue financial independence. She now helps people take practical steps toward learning to trade and managing their financial goals.

Tela’s offerings include You’ve Got Options, a beginner-focused introduction to trading options in three lessons, and Swingset, which provides buy and sell dates for potential trades. Her MRKTcap newsletter delivers stock news in a simple, useful, and entertaining format. Visitors can also explore her speaking services, where Tela presents information intended to engage audiences and encourage action. The site offers a free guide to 15 stock moves that repeat each year, designed to help readers plan trades. Through these resources, Tela presents trading education as accessible and actionable for people seeking alternatives to a conventional nine-to-five career.
