## Description

Telehealth OT is an Australia-wide online occupational therapy service based in Queensland, providing evidence-based care through a deliberately small, personally delivered practice. Established in 2022, the service is led by an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist with more than 10 years of experience. Clients work directly with the same therapist from referral through service delivery, supporting continuity, responsive communication and individualised care. Telehealth OT serves NDIS and private clients aged 15 and older with neurodevelopmental and psychosocial disabilities.

Services include capacity building for activities of daily living and self-management, using structured routines and practical steps to support independence, engagement and everyday functioning. Functional capacity and support needs assessments examine how disability affects daily life across the six NDIS domains and document support needs, risks and relevant evidence for funding decisions. Where appropriate, assessments may also explore Home and Living options, including Supported Independent Living. The service additionally offers tertiary transition planning through an individualised functional profile for people considering university, TAFE, vocational training or an apprenticeship.
