For over five decades, this brand has been raising funds to support the health and wellbeing of sick, vulnerable, and disadvantaged children. Through their generosity, the community has donated more than $528 million to ensure a better life for the children of Western Australia. Telethon offers various products and services to achieve its goal. Funds raised through Telethon have supported medical research into childhood diseases, provided equipment, critical services, and life-changing opportunities for sick, disadvantaged, and vulnerable children. Donations to the Channel 7 Telethon Trust are tax deductible and help provide the best quality care and support for children now and in the future. The trust is a registered charity, governed by a Board of Trustees, and operates separately from Channel Seven Perth. Telethon exists because of the generosity of Seven West Media, including Channel Seven Perth, The West Australian, The Sunday Times, and Perthnow, who provide tangible and intangible support to the trust. With the support of the community and its partners, Telethon continues to make a significant impact on the lives of children in Western Australia.
