## Description

The Temba Bavuma Foundation, established in 2016 by Temba Bavuma, a South African national player, is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of scholars from previously disadvantaged backgrounds through education and the sport of cricket. With a focus on providing financial support through scholarships, the foundation enables talented scholars to access the best quality schools in South Africa, from primary to tertiary level. Additionally, the foundation facilitates cricket clinics for talented young cricketers in townships and works on refurbishing and upgrading cricket facilities in these areas. By partnering with various organizations and institutions, the foundation ensures the effectiveness of its initiatives. As a registered non-profit organization, the Temba Bavuma Foundation complies with all requirements for non-profit organizations in South Africa. With a team of six trustees overseeing its activities, the foundation holds regular meetings and strategy sessions to drive its mission forward. Moving forward, the foundation aims to continue its mission of providing access to quality education through scholarships, rewriting the South African narrative. It also strives to promote equal access to playing opportunities in cricket for scholars from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. Join the Temba Bavuma Foundation in their pursuit of mentorship, excellence, growth, and change.
