## Description

Tempescope is a brand that offers an innovative and captivating experience to bring ambient weather displays into your home. With their flagship product, the tempescope, they allow you to visualize a variety of weather conditions, including rain, clouds, and lightning. By extracting weather forecasts from the internet, the tempescope can recreate tomorrow's sky right in your living room. The story of the tempescope began in 2012 when Ken, the founder, created a prototype as a personal project. Inspired by his love for the Okinawa isles, he wanted to bring the sunshine and occasional tropical thunderstorms into his living room. The initial prototype, made from $1 shampoo bottles, gained significant attention. In 2013, Ken developed an Open Source version called OpenTempescope, which aimed to enable anyone with simple tools to reproduce it. Following the success and recognition of the OpenTempescope, the current team formed to develop a commercial version. Despite an unsuccessful crowdfunding campaign, they continue to engage with distributors to bring this captivating product to market. Stay connected by following them on Facebook.
