## Description

Temple to Temple 5K is an annual community race organized by the Provo South stake to celebrate Pioneer Day and honor pioneer ancestors. Held in Provo, Utah, the event welcomes participants of all ages and running abilities, including families who prefer to walk the course. The 5K begins near the Rock Canyon Temple site, passes through Provo and by BYU, and finishes at the Provo City Center Temple. Registration is free and required for every participant. Optional registration packages include a commemorative race bib and a cotton or Performance Tek shirt for an additional fee. The event also provides race-day transportation between the finish and starting areas, along with information on parking and bib pickup. Participants can find the race route, registration details, photos, volunteer opportunities, and practical guidance on the event website. In addition to the race, Temple to Temple hosts a Pioneer Day fireside featuring local religious leaders and former temple presidents and matrons. The organizers acknowledge community partners and donors who help support the annual tradition.
