## Description

TEN2030 is an initiative led by the Health Foundation of La Porte (HFL) aimed at transforming La Porte County, Indiana, into one of the ten healthiest communities in the state by 2030. Since its launch in 2017, TEN2030 has become a vital resource hub, providing the community with access to over 200 health and well-being indicators, dashboards, and research tools.

Through its platform, community members can explore various metrics, visualize data, build custom reports, and search a comprehensive health and wellness resource library. It emphasizes collaboration among local leaders, service providers, and residents to enhance community assessment and advocacy efforts.

HFL supports this mission through strategic leadership, grantmaking, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at nonprofits. Hosting conferences and learning opportunities further enriches the community's knowledge and resources. With a commitment to continuous improvement, TEN2030 is a cornerstone for health promotion and community engagement in La Porte County. For more information, visit hflaporte.org.
