## Description

Tennis Bayside is a tennis coaching business serving Melbourne’s bayside community since 2008. Founded by Tennis Australia-accredited coach Ben Wood, the team provides professional instruction for players of all ages, abilities and ambitions, from first-time beginners to tournament players. Its coaching philosophy is tailored to each individual, with lessons shaped around personal goals and opportunities to build confidence and improve skills.

Programs include Junior Hot Shots for ages 4–12, adult coaching, private lessons, Cardio Tennis, school holiday clinics and strength and conditioning. Junior Hot Shots follows Tennis Australia’s pathway, using red, orange and green balls as players progress at their own pace. Private sessions are available with Ben or a team coach, while group options combine skill development, fitness and match play.

Tennis Bayside operates seven days a week at two venues: St. Anthony’s Tennis Club in Carnegie and Strathallan Tennis Court in Brighton. Players can book a lesson, explore programs or contact the team to find a suitable coaching option.
