Ten Oaks Project is a charitable organization based in Ottawa, dedicated to empowering children, youth, and families from 2SLGBTQ+ (two spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer) communities. Since its establishment in 2004, Ten Oaks Project has been offering life-changing camp programs and local initiatives that aim to create a sense of belonging and promote personal growth. Guided by their core values of empowerment, learning, social justice, collaboration, and innovation, they provide annual camp programs such as Camp Ten Oaks (ages 8-17) and Camp Lifting Leaves (ages 8-21).

Additionally, Ten Oaks Project conducts workshops for summer camp providers to enhance their capacity in welcoming campers from 2SLGBTQ+ communities. They operate in accordance with their bylaws and have a strategic plan in place to guide their work. Through the valuable contributions of volunteers, sponsors, donors, and community partners, the Ten Oaks Project continues to make a positive impact on the lives of 2SLGBTQ+ children, youth, and families.
