## Description

Tenpoint Therapeutics is an ophthalmology company focused on developing treatments to rejuvenate vision in aging eyes. The company aims to address unmet needs in age-related eye conditions by combining innovation with collaboration and engaging eye care professionals to shape future care. Its development pipeline covers presbyopia, cataracts, and geographic atrophy.

Presbyopia, the gradual loss of near vision that commonly begins around age 50, is a key focus. Tenpoint highlights the importance of practical near-vision improvement, an effect that can last through demanding parts of the day, and a tolerability profile that supports ongoing use. The company’s website reports that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has accepted a new drug application for BRIMOCHOL PF for the treatment of presbyopia; it does not describe this as an approved or available treatment.

Based in Warren, New Jersey, Tenpoint Therapeutics also shares company news, leadership information, and career opportunities. Through its pipeline and partnerships, it seeks to redefine treatment possibilities for people experiencing age-related changes in vision.
