## Description

Terrara Capital is a Melbourne-headquartered global private equity platform, founded in 2023, that acquires significant natural landscapes and develops them into luxury and ultra-luxury destinations. Its portfolio focuses on integrated resorts, branded residences, hotels and tourism assets, supported by infrastructure and immersive experiences. The firm seeks rare, nature-defined locations with constrained supply and international appeal, bringing together natural beauty, thoughtful design, human connection, wellness and longevity. Its approach emphasizes distinctive, high-value destinations rather than development at scale.

Terrara is led by a founding partnership with more than a century of combined experience in institutional capital, luxury hospitality development and hotel asset performance. The partners have delivered or advised on more than $4 billion in hospitality projects across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific and Asia, and help manage over $1.1 billion in hotels. Terrara originates its own transactions and reports a secured asset pipeline exceeding $500 million, with a presence spanning Australia and New Zealand.
